Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote TAIE International Institute's programs and services.
Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor online presence.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target demographics.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as information sessions and open houses.
Monitor marketing analytics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
Communicate and engage with prospective students, parents, and partners in both Chinese and English.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Strong command of both Chinese and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing marketing materials.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Able to work in downtown Toronto area
