This is a student position of 10 hours per week for four years and one session from Winter 2024 to Winter 2028.

This is a student position of 10 hours per week. The student receives $16,500 per year, payable in equal instalments three times a year.

Education:

Currently enrolled or eligible to enroll in a PhD program in Institute for Quantum Science and Technology, University of Calgary.

Degree equivalency


Experience:


  • Experience in analyzing and understanding geospatial data.
  • Experience in accessing and preprocessing spatial data.
  • Experience in computer program development in Python.
  • Experience in conducting literature reviews and summarizing information.
  • Experience in writing research reports and making scientific presentations.

  • Basic knowledge of data analytics
  • Quantitative research and analysis
