The Learning & Development Team at
CWB Financial Group is gearing up for another big year

Key deliverables Design innovative, company-wide role-based learning solutions and services that align with
CWB's Learning Strategy.- Provide consultation services to key business stakeholders to enhance employee talent through timely, impactful and relevant learning experiences, including meeting with stakeholders, conducting appropriate needs analysis, and formulating recommendations.- Analyze existing learning resources and services (internal and external) to assess appropriateness to meet defined and anticipated needs.- Conceptualize, design and develop and/or source a range of relevant learning and development resources and services to facilitate achievement of key business initiatives and strategies, for example, business credit deal structuring, credit analysis and loan monitoring.- Develop key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning and development initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness and to inform business decisions.- Design and develop customized learning solutions including course descriptions, lesson plans, supporting materials and relevant assessment tools.- Deliver classroom and virtual facilitation, and other forms of content delivery- Collaborate and support to create assessments using evaluation methodologies and tools that measure the impact of successful knowledge transfer for internal and external learning programs. Conduct quality control reviews of courses at various stages of development. Maintain and provide up-to-date learning materials to the Banking Centres of Excellence and Corporate Office departments.- Manage vendor relationships to ensure they remain on track for key deliverables.

What you bring- Post-secondary education and industry related courses / programs- Professional designations in Adult Learning or relevant certifications- 3+ years of relevant and progressive Learning & Development experience- 3+ years of Financial Industry experience, specifically in commercial banking- Proven experience building and delivering high-impact learning and/or development programs at all levels in the organization- Have the capability to effectively utilize Microsoft products (MS Office)- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills- Strong personal influence and relationship building skills- Proven track record of consultative and problem solving skills- Partners with others to get work done, including a wide variety of stakeholders across the business- Team-oriented with an ability to lead in a highly collaborative environment- Highly developed research, planning and organizational skills- Ability to work independently on multiple, concurrent projects
