    Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Associate PWM Operations is responsible for a broad set of tasks to support the business unit and PWM teams in the field. This includes the development and facilitation of regular PWM webinars, calls and meetings, coordinating the onboarding of new PWM Advisors, developing collaborative relationships with PWM teams, and providing support to 2 PWM Vice Presidents.

    Situations may arise when variations in workloads, periodic responsibilities, or special projects & events require overtime work for the job to be completed.

    DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Facilitating Virtual events via Teams, including all technical aspects, invitations and follow up
  • Hosting Chat forum on Teams to provide support to PWM Team admins on process, procedure and technical matters
  • Coordinating support for PWM Teams with internal partners
  • Organizational support for PWM client marketing events and corporate fundraising initiatives
  • Development and hosting of professional development sessions for PWM Team Admins
  • Working directly with new PWM consultants and their teams to facilitate onboarding to PWM
  • Organize and manage calendars and travel plans for 2 PWM Vice Presidents
  • Coordinate and plan all meeting arrangements
  • Participate in special projects or committees to further development of policy and procedure for the PWM team
  • Work effectively with all levels of management/employees/Consultants/ Specialists both in Head Office and the Field

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 4 to 7 years administrative experience combined with operations experience. The completion of a relevant office administration or general business post secondary education.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Well developed communication skills (written and oral) and able to take the initiative to respond intuitively in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • A comfort level with public speaking and hosting webinars or in-person meetings.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
