    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and lead our operations in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing multiple departments effectively. This role requires exceptional financial acumen, experience in fleet management, and the ability to oversee department managers/technicians.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple departments.
  • Manage and optimize fleet operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of field technicians and department managers to meet operational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to make informed decisions with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial reports.
  • Experience managing fleet operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions with financial impact and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
