- Establish and drive the vision of Steele Auto Group's Used Retail Operation.
- Optimize used vehicle inventory through strategic development and implementation.
- Manage both internal and external actions efficiently.
- Craft effective marketing strategies for SAG used vehicles.
- Innovate processes to enhance group used retail and financial performance.
- Monitor departmental progress and take corrective actions as needed.
- Implement our Used Car Policy for vehicle transfers.
- Create and execute onboarding and training programs for Used Car Managers.
- Develop and monitor KPI's aligned with corporate strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as auctions and rental companies.
- Other duties as required.
- 10+ years of dealership experience in the used vehicle retail space.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract, updated annually.
- 5+ years management experience in a retail environment demonstrating proven leadership abilities.
- Strong leadership skills, focusing on operations and business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Diplomatic with solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
