Rove is looking for a
Showroom Associate to work in our soon-to-open Toronto showroom.


We are highly experienced in eCommerce, brimming with ideas and enthusiasm, and incredibly excited about what the future will bring.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Rove Concepts Sales & Customer Care Team's objective is to maximize sales opportunities through both showroom and eCommerce channels.

At the same time, we answer customer requests in a prompt and respectable manner while maintaining a high level of service at every touchpoint.

We are looking for confident individuals with an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated personality.

Ideally, this person would have a passion for building client relationships in tandem with an interest in furniture and design.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Showroom

  • Maintain displays keeping the furniture looking it's best with regular cleaning
  • General showroom maintenance including watering plants
  • Using POS systems
  • Loss Prevention: open and lock up duties
Customer Care

  • Develop and build a customercentric environment with the focus on initial purchase to final mile delivery.
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills to help deescalated customer opportunities while being empathetic in tone and demeanor
  • Ensure timely, onetouch resolution with all customers.
  • Maximize sales during key periods (aka. Black Friday)
  • Dedication to customer success; you will aim to always go above and beyond, and you won't stop until you've found a great solution for our customers
  • Other administrative tasks as the business requires (aka. Warehouse Sales, Etc.)
Product Knowledge

  • Be knowledgeable of Rove Concepts product offerings and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Communicate the quality of Rove Concepts and be product proud.
  • Keep informed about topselling items, new items and core items.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Interior Design background an asset
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptionally strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with an ability to clearly identify strategic issues and make tough decisions
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams to achieve results and success
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication (written, spoken, presentation) skills
  • Outofthebox thinker and problem solver with a resourcefulness and cando attitude
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a rollupthesleeves work ethic must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid rates of change
