SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prep of quarterly board report
Annual- of the US GAAP audit, financial statement.
MUST HAVE:
1.) Excel
2.) GAAP Knowledge
3.) Financial statements
4.) Overall Finance/Accounting experience
5.) Strong communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
