Nature & Scope

Cleaners work as part of the hospitality team to keep camp clean and welcoming, ensuring all buildings are safe for all campers, guests, and staff.

They are responsible for light to heavy duty cleaning of all buildings including meeting rooms, washrooms, showers, lodge rooms, corridors and general spaces.

Responsibilities

Clean all camp buildings
Perform heavy duty cleaning duties, such as cleaning and mopping floors, washing walls and glass, powerwashing showers, and removing garbage
Clean, service, and supply washrooms
Follow proper procedures for use of cleaning supplies and chemicals
Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists and tasks
Notifying management if anything is in need of repairs
