We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Farm Workers to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform various tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation.
  • Engage in livestock care, ensuring the health and wellbeing of animals.
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
  • Participate in general farm maintenance activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily and seasonal goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and farm policies.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year fulltime verifiable work experience in farming, either in Canada or overseas.
  • Knowledge and experience in both harvest and livestock management are preferred.
  • Comfortable speaking English to facilitate effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license is an asset.

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Ontario, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
