Responsibilities Include:


  • Assist the Controller in managing the daytoday financial operations of the dealership.
  • Perform tasks to ensure the financial functions are reconciled including but not limited to cash, accounts receivables, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts payables, manufacturer statements, payroll administration, vehicle deal commissioning etc.
  • Process all new and used vehicle sales, dealer trade and wholesale sales
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports for the Controller and management.

Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
  • Proficiency in financial software systems Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in accounting preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
