Server - In-Room Dining
In-Room Dining Servers are responsible for ensuring excellent customer service through being consistent, organized and professional at all times. Servers are expected to maintain a gracious manner with all guests and uphold our high level of service.


Responsibilities

  • Provide food and beverage service to guest rooms and the Boathouse Spa & Baths
  • Provide service and support for the hotel staff dining program.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Hotel areas and activities and communicate to guests as required
  • Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and courteously to prevent a reoccurrence and ensure guest will become a repeat customer.
  • Evening and weekend availability is required.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage an asset
  • Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
  • Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner
  • Knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas an asset

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout shift
  • Some lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.31 per hour
