- Prepare, dispense, and distribute medications accurately and timely to patients.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and supplements to meet patient needs.
- Review financial targets and control costs within the pharmacy.
- Oversee the hiring and performance management of staff.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license are mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to grow the business through community-based marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in personal computing and familiarity with Healthwatch Pharmacy systems is an advantage.
