As a Finance Business partner you'll be responsible for delivering financial insights and results of ruining activities as well as future outlook.

What you'll do

Comanage the business, support and guide strategic and tactical decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modelling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis etc.)
Provide advice on the financial implications of business activities and take accountability for reviewing financial business cases on investments and resource allocation
Comanage the outcome of financial planning processes (Target setting, quarterly forecast), working closely with plant management team to optimize value drivers and manage risk
Monitor the financial position of the plant. Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions where needed (e.g., cost improvements, productivity improvement, cash flow improvement)
Connect with the Financial Controller on any Accounting Operations topics and where appropriate, ensure input is provided to ensure completeness of External, Statutory reporting and Tax requirements.
Take ownership for the integrity of business results, business ethics, and financial risk management. Sign off the financial statements of the ORUs in scope

Your qualifications

Decision Influencer: Provide a clear financial recommendation to the business to a specific decision. Communicates financial statements, performance and recommendations to business leaders. Able to model complex business decisions, including business risk management (e.g. contracts, investments).
Strategic Thinker: as a value creation architect, leverage knowledge of the business and customers in determining winning strategies for the business, challenging the assumptions critically. Translate that long term vision and strategy of the business into short to medium term actions to drive the business. Track the impact of those strategic actions and adapt to the changing environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field
Operations Finance Management/Business Partnering experience required
SAP knowledge
