Your role


In this role, you will join our team of experts who lead federal government major capital building, heritage, and infrastructure projects.

As a successful Program Manager, you will bring extensive experience leading programs of work and projects and be able to demonstrate a portfolio varying in scope and complexity.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic advice, guidance and expertise to client's ensuring the successfully delivery of client organizational, program and project vision, goals, objectives and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver program plans and processes integrating organizational, program, project and stakeholder needs ensuring organizational capacity and capability to successfully achieve their vision, benefits, and outcomes.
  • Proactively develop creative solutions based on industry standards, best practices, and innovation to enhance and improve process and procedure effectiveness and create efficiencies.
  • Lead internal/external stakeholder relations, consultations, engagement, and facilitate enhancing relationships and building consensusbased decisions.
  • Develop and analyze options and solutions identifying their administrative, economic, and technical feasibility and practicality.
  • Develop supporting governance structures and associated documentation to ensure informed and timely decisionmaking.
  • Serve in the relationship manager role for select clients with the goal to establish and nurture trusted relationships.
  • Contribute to the strategic and growth of the infrastructure services business unit.
  • Bring a strategic and benefits perspective to organizational discussions, solutions and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in an uppermanagement role, preferably in program management.
  • Possess strong project/program management knowledge, business management skills and leadership skills including integration, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Knowledge of financial and real property program and project policies, approvals funding, governance, benefits realization, key performance indicators, risk management and change management within the federal government.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Comfortable working in an uncertain environment where all of the details are not always available.
  • Capable of working, communicating and building relationships at all levels of teams, stakeholders and clients.
  • Prepare and present findings, status and other relevant matters in a variety of communication formats.
  • Must hold or be eligible for Federal Government security clearance at the Secret level
