    Responsbilities / Responsabilités:

    Award-winning TiMi Studio Group seeks a Character Art Director who is eager to create a new AAA multi-platform game for gaming communities around the world.
    We are a new team within TiMi who is ambitiously looking to make massive, open world games for gamers to play for years to come. We are passionate about creating new, compelling worlds to play in and explore. Are you someone who is engaged with building new worlds, understands what captivates players, and cares deeply about gaming as a medium?     What will you do?


    • Maintain artistic direction and quality

    • Produce high quality characters and creatures suitable technically and artistically with the project's universe and visual direction

    • Cooperation on setting artistic vision benchmarks and helping define the style, as well as maintaining the quality standards across the entire development pipeline

    • Participate in reviews, adapt to, and implement feedback from stakeholders in a professional manner

    • Provide feedback and improvement to visual quality

    • Knowledge sharing

    • Support in HR collaboration as well as in recruitment efforts for character team

    • Working closely with Animation and Technical departments to ensure the character fulfills the quality expectations

    Requirements / Exigences:

    What are we looking for?

    • A portfolio of visionary, inspiring, industry-leading character work showcasing strong vision and skills
    • At least 8 years of professional experience with AAA game development
    • At least one AAA action title shipped
    • Ability to create believable characters that are full of life and personality
    • Artistically interpret concepts or creatively push beyond an initial ideation
    • Excellent understanding of art fundamentals (shape, form, texture, value and color) and anatomical knowledge of both bipedal and quadrupedal form
    • Able to communicate effectively verbally and visually. Positive attitude and a desire to bring new ideas to the team.
