Description

Under the direction of the DSD Lead, the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receive orders electronically from stores and enter same into our ERP system, Sage 300 (ACC PAC)
  • Prepare volume totals by banner for warehouse team to set product aside.
  • Prepare picking slips for order preparation and assist/guide warehouse staff during the order preparation process.
  • Respond to customer enquiries on order preparation, timing of delivery and postdelivery issues
  • Negotiate sales blitz promotions with stores with aim of growing sales volume and/or moving excess product.
  • Identify and resolve all customer enquiries or concerns
  • To assist with any other task assigned by the CEO, General Manager or Senior Sales Team as required.

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
