We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who is comfortable leading teams, but also hunting and closing deals.

We are looking for someone who is excited to be involved in strategic decision making, but who is equally as excited to roll up their sleeves.

You will lead a team of Account Executives with an attainable quota and an established, effective sales operations process. You are a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

You know how to turn data into an actionable sales strategy, and enjoy being hands-on to support closing deals and driving your team towards their number.


What you will be doing:

As a Sales Manager at Creyos, you will:

  • Proactively manage a team Account Executives to support their individual sales goals
  • Create a culture of high performance and engagement
  • Develop a metricsbased approach to measuring team success
  • Evaluate individual performance against sales goals
  • Lead coaching sessions (individual and group) to review calls, KPIs, blockers and opportunities, in order to support and motivate the team to achieve targets
  • Lead weekly forecast meetings with individual team members and the Sales Director
  • Act as a player/coach and be a point of escalation for your team to remove blockers and support closing deals
  • Hire and train new Account Executives and mentor tenured team members
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and implement successful sales strategies including deal shaping and optimization of sales processes
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to continually evolve and enhance the customer experience
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Business Development leaders on lead generation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • A passion for people leadership
  • 5+ years of sales experience within a SaaS organization and a history of exceeding targets
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and organizational skills
  • Analytical and datadriven, experience with Salesforce reporting is a must
  • Demonstrated experience developing a successful diverse and inclusive team
  • Motivated, driven and accountable for results
  • Proven ability to build and grow positive relationships and influence
  • Experience with and ZoomInfo or equivalent software

It would also be great if you have:

  • Though not necessary, experience in health-tech or healthcare would be an asset
