    Description

    We are looking for a Refund Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our Customer Service & Delivery department. Working alongside our VP of Customer Service Experience, you will be responsible for handling customer refund issues efficiently and providing exceptional service through phone or chat to our valued customers.

    Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:

  • Working in the airline or travel industry and have expert knowledge in GDS operations (specifically with ticket cancellations and refunds);
  • Efficiently processing customer refund inquiries using your GDS operations expertise;
  • Communicating clearly with customers and airlines, ensuring satisfactory resolutions, in both English and French (with strong written and verbal skills);
  • Multitasking and managing multiple cases and adhering to various airline policies simultaneously;
  • Using a data-driven approach to optimize refund processes and enhancing customer satisfaction;
  • Adapting to changes and evolving circumstances in airline policies;
  • Focusing on achieving high customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
