    Fine Dining Establishment Seeks Restaurant Manager

    • Candidates must have 1 year of restaurant management experience.

    We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Evaluate daily sales and food inventory levels to determine ordering needs and ensure efficient use of resources.

    • Manage staff performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed to improve skills and overall team performance.

    • Maintain accurate records of employee time sheets, attendance records and training programs.

    • Negotiate with suppliers for the best possible prices on food products while maintaining quality standards.

    The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills combined with strong communication abilities. A secondary school graduation certificate is required along with one year or more than one but less than two years work experience in this field.
