Service Desk - Level 1

Reports to:
IT Operations Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Provide first level end user support and communication for all IT related hardware or software requests and incidents. Set up, maintain, repair, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, tablets and any associated peripherals.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Respond to, and resolve, end user requests and incidents via ticketing system. Meeting defined SLAs for resolution.
  • Install, configure and maintain printers and multifunction devices
  • Testing and updating documented solutions

Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma, GED, or 35 years related work experience
  • Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum two years handson IT experience or one Coop term completed with Wolf Steel Ltd. in the IT department.
  • Certifications Required: A+CompTIA and /or MCSE certification or equivalent formal training
