Description

The role will be to receive, to record, and to understand issues, debug and fix technical issues, suggest improvements, route unknown issues to Level 3 support staff, and to then communicate the resolution to the requestor.


Education/Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of Financial Industry Experience
  • ITIL and Incident Management Experience
  • Experience with SQL Queries(PL-SQL)
  • Experience in Programming languages like C., C++, Java,.NET, etc
  • Experience with schedulers (Autosys, Control M) Datastage WTX and file transferring (CFT/FTP/MQ).

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
$50.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Application Support: 5 years (required)
Financial Industry: 5 years (required)
