Banking Application Support Analyst - Montréal, Canada - Infotree Global Solutions
Description
The role will be to receive, to record, and to understand issues, debug and fix technical issues, suggest improvements, route unknown issues to Level 3 support staff, and to then communicate the resolution to the requestor.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Financial Industry Experience
- ITIL and Incident Management Experience
- Experience with SQL Queries(PL-SQL)
- Experience in Programming languages like C., C++, Java,.NET, etc
- Experience with schedulers (Autosys, Control M) Datastage WTX and file transferring (CFT/FTP/MQ).
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay:
$50.00-$75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
