Description

Who is Homefield? A part of Golden West Broadcasting, Homefield brings marketing and organizational development solutions to clients across Western Canada.

At work we call ourselves:
designers, marketers, strategists, planners, coaches, producers, developers, and writers to name a few. But that's really _what_ each of us does. _Who_ we are is a little simpler. We are a group of supportive, driven, life-long learners of our craft who support the growth of our communities. Not to mention experts at having complete conversations —it's a skill, we swear

What is a Marketing Account Manager? Marketing Account Managers bring holistic marketing solutions to local businesses. They cultivate business relationships, uncover client needs, and offer tailored insight on digital campaigns, traditional media, SEO management, broadcast media, and general marketing acrobatics. After closing a sale, they oversee the fulfillment workflow andresent campaign update reports to ensure Homefield's efforts advance clients' objectives.

What will you do?

  • Create and maintain client relationships. Initially, there will be a strong focus on prospecting for new business. Over time, you will shift focus to maintaining and growing the book of business you've developed.
  • Consult on digital and traditional media strategies. You will combine insight gained in client discovery meetings, research, and your knowledge of marketing best practices to build proposals that address the client's needs.
  • Present proposals. This includes listening to the client's questions, guiding them through objections, and closing sales.
  • Develop creative briefs. You'll define campaign and creative strategy, share the brief with our inhouse creative team, gather assets from the client, and advise on creative refreshes when needed
  • Campaign Reporting: Create campaign progress reports and present findings to clients. Offer recommendations to improve campaign performance or refresh creative. Spot opportunities where we can offer additional value to clients
