Overview:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will spend your time working with the dedicated Recruiters to attract top talent to join our "Better Together" team at Trillium Health Partners.
We want you to bring your enthusiasm and ideas for talent management to support our recruitment initiatives and being an employer of choice in healthcare.
Accountabilities:
- Schedule interviews, book interview rooms, and conduct testing
- Manage reference process with the third party provider
- Create/update interview guides and prepare interview packages
- Assist with maintaining the electronic files for Recruitment
- Assist in developing and delivering recruitment initiatives including but not limited to job fairs, student recruitment initiatives, etc.
- Run seniority reports to assist with internal transfers
- Running Keller experience assessments to adjust rate of pay for RN's
- Provide administrative support to the department as required
- Perform other related duties as required
Here's what you need to have:
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field required
- Less than one year of experience working in Human Resources with specific experience in Recruitment preferred
- Superior organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when appropriate
- Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume daily and weeklyworkload to meet required deadlines
