Altruck International Truck Centres is currently seeking aNew Truck Sales Administrator for our
Kitchener location.
Hours of this position will be
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm.
Summary:
The New Truck Sales Administrator is responsible for accurate vehicle documentation, files, vehicle information, spreadsheets and the administration side of buying and selling new vehicles for Altruck International Truck Centres.
The New Truck Sales Administrator will work closely with the New Truck Sales Operations Manager, Sales Managers, Corporate Accounting Manager and other staff.
Job Duties:
- Print order information from International and create/maintain all files for New Trucks
- Review all programs daily in order to ensure proper ordering for stock or sold
- Liaise with Sales Managers to discuss available programs and determine the best option for the customer
- Check the order board daily, advise the New Truck Sales Operations Manager of any errors (i.e., cancelled order not cancelled, sold order not linked, etc.), and update order status on the Inventory Management page
- Review and sign lease papers for finance deals or, when necessary, present the lease papers to the New Truck Sales Manager to sign
- Maintain accurate records of Sales Managers' vacation and timeoff for payroll
- Track and post our driver log weekly
- Update spreadsheets for Key customer PO's and send to vendors
- Maintain an uptodate spreadsheet for large orders (i.e., Key customers) for Sales Managers and Service
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Preferred Community College program ( Administration/Accounting)
- Selfmotivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work with others
- Strong customerorientation and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills for communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accurate typing skills, both alpha and numeric
- Valid G class driver's license
Working Conditions:
The New Truck Sales Administrator will alternate between sitting and standing for up to eight hours a day. The Administrator will be required to use office equipment, such as computer, fax, machine and telephone. Some lifting may be required time to time.
