Valeo Pharma, a Canadian pharmaceutical company that prioritizes innovation and growth, is currently recruiting for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Respiratory to join our respiratory products commercial business unit.
Assigned Territory:
Vaughan/Richmond Hill/Markham/Ajax Pickering
Your Responsibilities:
- To engage with Primary Care & Physicians, pharmacies/pharmacists and Family Health teams.
- To build a business plan to optimize rapid adoption in your territory, based on the strategic brand plans, and leverage insights to increase market share in your assigned territory.
- Execute your plan to meet or exceed sales goals for your territory.
- To execute OLAs/CHE with a thoughtful and strategic focus.
- Measure your results and communicate areas of success and areas of failure and adapt to continually improve.
- Effectively help shape and adhere to Valeo's culture, mission, values, and customercentric approach.
- To participate in a positive team environment and desire to see the entire team achieve success and help one another.
- To work within the IMC guidelines.
Required skills and experience:
Technical Requirements
- Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is required. Ideally in the assigned territory.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, or equivalent.
- CCPE designation, ideally with the Respiratory module completed or in process
- A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
