Property Manager - Leasing
The role of the Property Manager will be responsible for the entire leasing process on behalf of various homeowners. This position will deliver on legislation requirements with a high standard of customer service.

Who you are:

You are an individual who is highly organized, exceptionally efficient and has a positive, flexible, "can-do" attitude. Providing exceptional customer service to both your internal and external customers is effortless.

You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and have experience with property management software, specifically Yardi.

You are an effective communicator in both your written and verbal correspondence, equally professional and detailed.

What You Will Do:

Organizing and taking part in property tours of available and upcoming properties
Answer questions from potential and current property occupants in a timely manner
Manage leasing contracts and oversee the collection of lease payments on behalf of property owners
Written and oral Corresponding to owners and tenants
Comply with legislation, but not limited to: The Real Estate Act, The Residential Tenancies Act, The Condominium Property Act, Minimum Housing & Health Standards, PIPA, etc.
At all times, ensure due diligence for the protection of the client's funds, property and assets against all reasonably foreseeable contingencies or losses
Finding and presenting solutions from resources for unforeseen issues

Your Qualifications - The Must Have's

Licensed Property Manager with RECA
Minimum 2 years Residential Property Management experience
Valid Alberta's Driver's License and Vehicle
Excellent understanding of leasing agreements and supporting contracts
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning
Ability to exercise confidentiality
