    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Operation Manager to oversee our operations in Montreal West.

    The Territory Operation Manager will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the assigned territory.

    Responsibilities
    Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity within the territory.
    Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics management.
    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.
    Manage budgetary planning and control expenses within the assigned territory.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
    Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
