MeeT Restaurants is looking for an Executive Assistant who will help us change the world We're open to a full-time or part-time commitment.

We're flexible and just want to find the right person We're an award-winning, rapidly growing restaurant group with new locations and ventures coming soon; the Executive Assistant will be a big key to our success We're passionate about doing everything in our power to create an amazing atmosphere for our staff to have fun in while helping them grow and pursue their goals.

The Executive Assistant will work hand in hand with the Owners and Managers to coordinate our Head Office responsibilities and hold us all accountable.

We have great ideas - we need you to help us execute them


The EA will attend our management meetings, take notes and follow up on actionable items to see that they're carried through.

They will perform a myriad of office tasks, as well as assist the Head office TeeM and Managers with unique daily tasks.

Daily tasks will vary depending on company priorities and current projects on the go.


Responsibilities:

The focus of this role is the coordination of our Head Office TeeM. We want our big ideas turned into big actions

  • Attend inhouse and head office meetings; take notes, highlight actionable items and follow up to ensure accountability
  • Manage schedules and set meetings.
  • Facilitate staff appreciation and milestones
  • Assist the operations and Ownership group in organizing and managing daily work activities to allow them more time to focus on company growth.
  • Use Google Drive for word processing, form development, spreadsheet creation and management to create helpful company collateral.
  • Help organize and provide access to company files so that employees have the information they need to execute their jobs.
  • Other unique responsibilities and duties as assigned

About You

  • 24 years experience of related admin experience
  • Related office admin or executive assistance preferred
  • A valid BC Driver's License and car to be used for work travel from time to time is an asset.

  • Selfmotivated and selfdirected
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong general computer skills, including comfort with Google Drive
