- Qualify sales leads through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach to learn more about what clients are looking for from a business banking provider.
- Pitch Relay's partnership program by positioning relevant aspects of our product based on the needs of the small business owner and their advisors.
- Schedule a high volume of meetings with qualified leads through outbound outreach, balancing assigned accounts with the need to self‑prospect.
- Through your business discussions, collect relevant information to set up our Account Executives for success.
- Strategize with the Sales team to innovate and improve the overall efficiency of the sales processes.
- You have 1+ years of experience in a high‑volume sales role (e.g., retail, staffing agency or previous BDR/SDR experience) or something similar.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly articulate via phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
- You have a strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously.
- You are receptive to constructive feedback and new sales strategies.

- You have prior experience in a SaaS or fintech startup, accounting software or a neobank.
- You have worked with SMBs in North America.
