    Nous recherchons un/une:

    Pour un stage de 6 mois à compter de début juillet 2024 – basé à Paris 8 ème

    Nous vous offrons une véritable opportunité de développement de vos compétences en recrutement, gestion de projets et des Talents au sein d'une équipe internationale, où vous serez impliqué(e) dans des dossiers sensibles et confidentiels.

    Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

    Recrutement: Participation aux campagnes de recrutement de A à Z, avec un focus sur le marché parisien, mais également la chance de participer aux processus pour les postes internationaux.

    • Diffusion de nos offres sur nos sites partenaires
    • Sélection et tri des cv – sourcing candidats, 1 ers points téléphoniques avec les candidats
    • Soutien dans la gestion de projets: processus internes, programmation des entretiens et réponses aux candidats
    • Participation aux points managers et entretiens avec les candidats

    Support à la Direction & Gestion de projets

    • Point de contact pour notre programme de Campus Management avec l'objectif de développer nos partenariats et augmenter notre participation dans les forums à travers la France
    • Organisation et suivi d'événements internes et externes (journée induction stagiaires, journée d'assessment, etc)
    • Gestion du blog Talent sur notre plateforme de recrutement JobTeaser (création de contenus et planning)
    • Travail avec l'équipe Communication Groupe pour la création de contenu pertinent RH / Talent, aligné avec l'EVP, pour nos sites externes
    • Veille Stratégique & Recommandations
    • Mise à jour quotidienne des outils de suivi des talents, des PowerPoint présentation

    Groupe et d'autres documents si besoin

    • Gestion de la base de données candidats dans le respect des règles RGPD
    • Elaboration et présentation de reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels sur le plan local, régional et mondial
    • Aide dans les tâches administratives: programme V.I.E, contrats internes...
    • Ecole de commerce ou Université (France: Master 1 – Master 2 / Etats-Unis: Bachelors)
    • Français et anglais courant sont un plus, mais au moins dans l'une des deux langues obligatoirement
    • Une première expérience en recrutement est bienvenue, mais pas obligatoire
    • Bonne éthique de travail/ motivation, flexible et ouvert d'esprit
    • Sensibilité pour les sujets confidentiels, et comprendre quand la discrétion est nécessaire
    • Profil créatif pouvant apporter ses idées à l'équipe
    • Bon niveau au babyfoot
