B&J Global Inc. is an experienced third-party fulfillment warehouses in North America.
With 100,000+ sf warehouse in Mississauga and Scarborough, the company is expanding our business to provide their industry-leading cross-border warehousing and logistics solutions.
We are looking for atruck dispatcher to join our team and grow with us.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and tracking trucks daily to ensure on time pickups and deliveries
- Planning, monitoring, and executing dispatch of all outbound LTL
- FTL customer loads
- Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer specific freight issues.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Accurately enter data and create various reports for internal/ external use.
- Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
- Follow established procedures for processing bills.
- Collaborates and offers assistance to other team members in delivering optimal transportation service solutions.
Knowledge& Skills
- Previous logistics experience is an asset.
- Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Good timemanagement with an ability to prioritize and multi task.
- Knowledge of cross border dispatching or highway trucking is preferred.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Experience & Education
- Logistics experience 1 years+
- College diploma required.
