The Role
To be a successful sales and marketing manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Promote the company's brand and introduce new products to the market.
Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans while understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Review competition to ensure company is up to date and ahead of trends
Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
Implement new sales plans and advertising.
Maintain relationships with clients by making visits/calls while understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Coordination and oversight of digital marketing firm.
Run estimates to support the sales team.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and administer surveys.
Interact with leads while maintaining a professional image.
Create robust and efficient lead generation and response program.
Responsible for planning and execution of marketing materials.
Filter leads and assign them to Sales Managers
Other duties as required

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
35 years' experience in marketing or sales.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
Tech savvy
