    • Sunrise Team Member

    At Sunrise, the Activities Assistant position involves supporting the daily provision of resident-centered activities and programs at the Sunrise Senior Living Community while meeting or exceeding quality standards.

    This role requires availability for shifts from Sunday to Thursday.

    $22.00 per hour and $24.02 with government leveling


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in maintaining a balanced resident-centered activity program following guidelines and directives
    • Support networking efforts to engage volunteers and local community partners
    • Document daily and departmental information accurately
    • Understand and implement quality service standards for activities and programming
    • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards
    • Promote safety and adhere to regulations
    • Work collaboratively as part of a team

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of one year experience in senior living communities
    • Ability to lead activities and motivate team members
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Good decision-making abilities
    • Comfortable working independently and following guidelines
    • Proficient in computer skills
