Corporate Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist
What you'll do:
- Represent the primary voice of the customer in the development of marketing tools, training materials, etc.
- Support and work with digital solutions managers to develop, test, refine and market the digital ecosystem including fitting software & apps
- Work in collaboration with product managers to define new products and features
- Write and edit documents and tools to support launch of new products and digital solutions
- Occasionally present to support internal training, group company customer events and at audiological meetings and conferences
- Interface with R&D when relevant for projects
- Other duties as assigned by line manager or marketing VP
What you bring to the team:
- Masters in Audiology or HIS certification
- 3+ years of clinical audiology/retail hearing instrument experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Work well under pressure and highly articulate
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated clinical experience and an elevated understanding of the hearing industry
- Confident as a presenter
- Strong MS Office skills and proficient using fitting software
