As our Scheduling Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the delivery of services to our diverse client base.
You will be responsible for developing and refining our scheduling processes, ensuring that our Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are aligned perfectly with client needs and their unique skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovatively manage and optimize staff schedules, integrating new clients and adapting to changes seamlessly.
- Work collaboratively with our dedicated team of Service Coordinators and Program Managers, enhancing the overall effectiveness of service delivery.
- Uphold and enhance service quality through continuous improvement, technology integration, and a focus on safety.
- Engage in insightful analysis and reporting, tackling staffing challenges and optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor Service Coordinators, providing direction and fostering professional growth.
- Champion clientcentered care, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across a spectrum of needs.
- Responsible for performing onsite visits to address and resolve any issues, ensure adherence to service quality standards, and provide followup on reported incidents to maintain the highest level of service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- You have at least two years of experience in health care or community service environments, particularly in staff scheduling and payroll management.
- You possess a postsecondary degree or diploma in a healthcarerelated field, with additional leadership or management training being highly advantageous.
- Your experience with vulnerable populations, particularly older adults, is profound and insightful.
- You are knowledgeable about relevant Ontario legislation, including the Personal Health Information Protection Act and the Home Care and Community Services Act.
- Proficient in various administrative and technological tools, you are comfortable with both officebased and hybrid working environments.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
- Valid Vulnerable Police Record Check completed within last 12 months is required.

Experience:
