Are you an organized individual with a background in project management and post production? Great Pacific Media is looking for a
POST PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to run our Post Production department on an upcoming project Reporting to the Line Producer, Director of Post-Production and Series Producer, you would be working on a big show that's fast-paced with lots of moving pieces.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage the post production schedule and resources with input from creative leads (Senior Story Editor, Senior Editor, Series Producer).
- In conjunction with the Line Producer, manage the post budget.
- Working hand in hand with Senior Story Editor and/or Supervising Story Editor to collaborate daily on both creative needs and timelines.
- Track ontime performance against key milestones as set out in the production schedule to ensure internal and external stakeholders' expectations will be met.
- If applicable, manage the daytoday of the Post Production Coordinator.
- Ensure a seamless workflow between departments.
- Manage post production timelines to ensure the correct tasks are being prioritized.
- Work closely with the Line Producer, Series Producer, and Director of Post Production to flag what is feasible within the schedule.
- Creatively problemsolve issues as they arise.
- Actively manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure sound mixing, music, GFX and animations are delivered on schedule.
- Be a leader on the floor and setting an example for others within our values and culture.
- Ensure effective, prompt, and timely communication and continual team updates.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent interpersonal, management, and leadership skills.
- 23 years experience as a post production supervisor preferred.
- An understanding of post production processes and workflow.
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- A selfstarter who can work independently but collaborate with the team when needed.
- Strong organization skills, time management skills and an ability to work within tight deadlines.
- The ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An understanding of basic animation workflows is an asset for this role.
- Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be able to work inhouse in our Burnaby office full time.
