A key team member within the Operations Department responsible for facility janitorial duties, exterior grounds maintenance, light facility maintenance, and support of warehouse functions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Facility janitorial duties
Facility ground maintenance
Providing warehouse support
Light industrial maintenance
Secondary school diploma
12 years of relevant experience
Proficient in the safe and proper use of general lawn equipment, including riding mower, weed trimmer, blower, hand tools, wheelbarrows, etc.
General knowledge of hand tools, power tools, light maintenance activities.
Demonstrated track record of success in warehousing.
Ability to multitask within a busy environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can understand.
Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working as part of a high performing team.
Attention to detail is a key attribute.
