Success requires the ability to provide:

Specific responsibilities include:

Create a work breakdown structure with clear deliverables for each task
Collaborate with the core team to define schedules, budgets and resources that then become baselines
Track the baselines to identify variances on a weekly basis
Identify mitigation strategies to get back on track
Submit change requests if the project is unable to resolve variances
Communicate issues within a 2week window using the consolidated department issues list
Interface with customers, participate in meetings and clearly communicate program needs internally and externally
Organize work on as needed basis and provide guidance to the team
Prepare clear, concise program status reports with appropriate detail to broad stakeholder groups, including executive management, extended project team, functional managers and customer
Use critical thinking to make effective decisions to move the project team forward with consideration of risk assessment and tradeoff analyses

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in product development and management of projects requiring custom design and build of fuel cell stacks and systems
Experience in managing multidiscipline projects and JIRA expertise are assets
Ability to interface and work cooperatively across the organization
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to shift priorities as needed and make effective decisions
Highly motivated, solutionoriented and willing to learn
