Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with Lastman Bad Boy customers to arrange and coordinate delivery of purchased items to their place of residence.
  • Document and communicate confirmed deliveries internally to Lastman's Bad Boy team
  • Assist to manage Lastman's Bad Boy website chat program - communication with online customers for inquires, questions, concerns, and product inquiries
  • Manage and respond to social communications from customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education or relevant experience in customer service and e-commerce (at least one year working experience in customer service role)
Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills
Proven communication skills - written and verbal
Superb data analysis and report writing abilities
A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence
Detail Oriented
Ability to work in Team Environment
