Reporting to the Construction Department Manager, the HVAC Project Manager oversees retrofit projects to confirm proper design, product and installations are recommended, quoted and delivered.

Managing large construction projects.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Coordinating large mechanical installations on existing buildings
Working in Highrise residential and commercial buildings
Working in and with multiple disciplines, ex. pipe fitting, sheet metal, building automation, electrical, rigging, etc.
Working with mechanical drawings, shop drawings, asbuilt drawings, and specs
Working in OCSA
Working with Contact Resource Management (CRM) software
Working with Procore (Project Management software)
Working with Microsoft Project, and proficient in Gantt Charts and MS Excel
Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
Computes costs by analyzing labour, materials, and time requirements
Finishes jobs on time and on budget
Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data on CRM
Create and manage closeout documents
Plans and attends crane lifts (will require some weekend work)
Attends site meetings
Acts as Project Coordinator on ongoing projects
