Role Requirements:

Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&Q preferably in Retail
Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for retail users
Interface with customer project stakeholders, including inbound, outbound, store ops, eCommerce, finance and, to elicit business requirements
Perform necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and benefits
Lead definition of finance solution using Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations product
Work as part of a project team to deliver solutions to finance community working closely with technical developers
Measure delivery of our solution against requirements through ownership of deliverables, supporting business users across USA
Complete assigned tasks according to project schedule and communicate status to relevant leaders
Perform configuration, testing and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O
Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios
Work directly with business stakeholders to configure solution in D365 F&O
Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation
Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite

Qualifications:

Must have 58 years of experience with full lifecycle implementation of AX, D365 F&O
Experienced and strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O especially POS, Warehouse Management, Inventory, Finance
Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in Dynamics ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies
Strong practical Retail experience gained through industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration is required. Master's is a plus
Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and appropriate D365 Certifications
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients' intellectual property
Flexible and adaptive to additional assignments that arise during a project
Should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Financial Reporter and Power BI experience is a plus
Experience leading a team of D365 developers and any knowledge of SSIS is a plus
