- Department: Warehouse / Office
- Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
- Location: 10 Corrine Court, Vaughan, ON, L4K 4T7
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30PM or 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- Ensure staff receive proper training and maintain training records
- Write and update standard operating procedures
- Coordinate maintenance of procedure manuals
- Conduct facility inspections and report findings
- Respond to audits and develop action plans
- Provide assistance to Customer/Client queries
- Initiate and complete Deviation Reports and Change Controls
- Monitor branch processes and systems for compliance
- Manage relations with contractors/suppliers
- Assist with inventory reporting and lot control
- Supervise lot hold/release processes
- Investigate and report discrepancies
- Maintain surveillance of temperature conditions
- Perform temperature and security testing
- Coordinate equipment maintenance
- Place products on hold and coordinate disposals
- Handle inbound receipts and develop preventive strategies
- Communicate effectively with all branch levels
- Supervise packaging/labeling operations
- Support other QA coordinators' duties as needed
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with warehouse and office operations
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and team skills
- Minimum 2 years warehouse operations experience
- 6 months on-the-job training OR equivalent combination of experience and education
