Description

The Front Desk/ Night Supervisor will work 2 overnights as a Night Supervisor and 3 shifts as a Front Desk Supervisor either evening or morning shifts. Responsible that all procedures and duties are being followed by supervising the employees. Act as the main liason between the guest and the hotel, while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the duration of their stay by providing an exceptional service. Responsible for the safety & security when on duty. Assist the night auditor and night cleaner when needed.**
To efficiently review the day's transactions and perform a complete evaluation of hotel revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Offer support and assistance to management in the following areas
  • Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction
  • Implement, maintain and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Completion of administrative work assigned
  • Dealing with Guest Relations
  • Must be familiar with complaint resolution and general office administration
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising the operations of the Front Desk
  • Maintain a daily report of departmental incidents
  • Perform Front Office Managers' tasks during absence
  • Guest complaints must be handled promptly and professionally by speaking in an attentive, natural, and courteous manner.
  • Handle reservations inquiries.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the company if needed.
  • Deliver Express check outs to all departing guests.
  • Pickup all breakfast cards on room doors before 6am and remit to Room Service before 6:30am.
  • Lock all inside doors and verify that all departments, offices are locked ( night shift)
  • Parking patrol through the night (night shift)
  • Floor patrol including reporting of all discrepancies on the floors.
  • Complete a night report (report all incidents, guest related issues, security, and safety issues)
  • Participate in Hotel directed training and development programs.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a customer service representative or/and supervisor position
  • Other duties may be added as needed.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours with varied shifts (night shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays)
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be self motivated
  • Must have positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Proven ability to manage multitasked assignments, follow deadlines and deal with stressful situations.
  • Must have computer skills
  • Must be bilingual
