Responsibilities:

Post job advertisements and explore alternate platforms or methods of advertising.
Provides support, as needed, for career fairs and recruitment events
Assists with initiatives and projects as requested

Qualifications and Experience:

Postsecondary education in HR
Minimum 12 years of inhouse experience in a Recruitment or HR coordinator role
Strong customer service orientation
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multitask, and work independently in a fastpaced environment with constant demands.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency
Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
