The role of the Guest Experience Lead Hand is to assist the Guest Experience Leadership Team with supporting, coaching, and encouraging Guest Experience Agents to provide upbeat and professional service that goes above and beyond our guests' expectations.

The Lead Hand position will support all facets of the Guest Experience department in a "hands-on" manner by jumping in to help in any or all of the job components of a Guest Experience Agent.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $19.50 per hour

Support, train, coach, encourage and ensure that each member of the Guest Experience Team provides an interactive and professional guest experience, aiming above and beyond our guests' expectationsFocus on operational excellence, employee training and development, service standards and consistencies.

This role will also be expected to be a role model to all Agents.
Ability to cover frontline and directly serve our guests.

Ensure a memorable and positive experience for our guests and staff through implementing and delivering the standard operating policies and procedures as they relate to our service, operational, safety and employee engagement standards and practicesEnsure delivery on key performance areas, and relaying feedback and solutions to the Leadership teamCoordinating and participating in the daily running of the Guest Experience operation in addition to training, scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with the best office view you could ask forAssist Guest Experience Manager and Supervisors with tasks in a timely and detailed manner including front line support as well as administrative tasksUphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employeesOther duties as assignedWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:

Organization and time management skills are a must, but a passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is the most important aspect of this positionSeeking someone mature, energetic, dependable and self-driven to help lead the Guest Experience Team.

Should have the ability to thrive and lead independently in a fast-paced, chaotic, high-pressure environmentMust get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environmentGuest service-oriented mindset and a passion for coaching and developing employee skillsAbility to think on the fly and outside the box to solve problems with a positive attitudePrevious cash reconciliation and cash handling experiencePrevious experience using RTP POS system, an assetSecond language, an assetAbility to follow direction from Icefield leadership and adapt to changes easilyComfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
