Impact You'll Make:


This is a data entry role that requires inputting information into a database used by the Legal Department in preparation for a data migration.

This is a short-term project that needs to be completed by October 1.


The main responsibilities are:


  • Organizing digital documents.
  • Ensuing the appropriate stakeholder approvals have been received, if applicable.
  • Creating files in a digital database.
  • Filing digital documents in the appropriate file.
  • Performing searches in a digital database.
  • Updating existing information in the digital database to reflect terminations, amendments, corporate changes, etc.
