Position Summary:


Employment Guide:


  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related program from a recognized university/college required.
  • 35 years of experience providing administrative support is preferred.
  • Experience in the nonprofit health care sector is beneficial.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet tight deadlines, problemsolve, multitask and work independently as well as part of a team are all essential skills for this position.
  • Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with aptitude for detail, accuracy, clarity and editing.
  • Comfort with technology and cloudbased systems an asset.
  • Proven ability to use sound judgement and problemsolve effectively are necessary.
  • This position requires an individual with a high work ethic, integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, and discretion.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft suite and data base management essential.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required for this position.

Job Type:
Temporary, full-time (37.5 hours/week)


Pay Range:
$38,923 - $49,825 annually
