We are inviting to join a terrific team as a Junior Project Specialist


Working in tandem with Project Specialists and the Hospitality Sales Manager, you will support a remote sales force as part of a support team within head office to execute on the company's key objectives and vision.


  • Communicate and provide support directly to customers
  • Track and document communication with all project order stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor communications regarding revisions
  • Provide complete spec information to project coordinators
  • Provide Art and Quote Presentation
  • Monitor orders through key processes to ensure that relevant timelines are maintained
  • Forward product samples, sales documents, and marketing materials to reps and customers
  • Use and maintain company reporting tools on a daily basis
  • Communicate information and make recommendations to management on state of the business from your perspective
  • Maintain the flow of communication between sales reps, clients, and internal departments
  • Communicate and report on the status of projects and identify areas for escalation
  • Resolve order and inventory issues by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying relevant sales team members, managers, and customers.
  • Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities with the Sales Rep and clients
Ideally, you'll have

  • Bachelor's business or art degree desirable; but equivalent work experience may be considered
  • 2 years previous allencompassing sales project management experience in the areas listed above, and you'll be
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have strong analytical, reasoning and numeracy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong ability to understand customer needs
  • Professional phone manner and appearance
  • Able to work effectively in a team
  • Committed to ongoing skills development
  • Personable and proactive in communication, able to build relationships
  • Must be well organized, have exceptional followup and followthrough skills
  • Must have exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power Point/Outlook)
