    We are seeking a Senior Statistician to join our expanding Statistical Innovation group. In this role, you will be part of the Early Biometrics & Statistical Innovation (EB&SI) department, contributing to providing statistical methodology support for various clinical development phases across different divisions.
    Main duties and responsibilities:
    - Contribute to finding solutions for critical stages in drug development
    • Design early and late phase clinical studies utilizing frequentist and Bayesian approaches
    • Analyze data collected in real-time, Estimands, Missing Data, Subgroup, and Biomarkers
    - Provide expert consultancy to fellow statisticians and key roles within the business
    - Participate in capability build projects and strategic activities to enhance clinical trial crafting and analysis
    - Develop and implement new methodology, engage with external scientists and regulators, and identify areas for Statistical Innovation contribution
    Essential:
    • MSc or PhD in Statistics or related field
    • Experience in independent academic research and/or clinical drug development with knowledge of statistical methodology
    • Strong programming skills in R and/or SAS
    • Passion for applying scientific knowledge to practical problems for patient benefit
    Desirable:
    • Research and methodological development track record in Statistics with scientific publications
    • Experience in statistical methodology development for safety data analysis, observational studies, and more
    • Awareness of statistical issues in the scientific and regulatory landscape
